Description:

Blade is 10 1/8 inch single edged with wide fullers, etched hunting scenes on each side, Eickhorn makers mark on the left ricasso and oak leaves on the spine. Gilt brass hilt with oak leaf decoration on the D-guard, hoof shaped rear quillion, raised game bird design on the clamshell and stag grip panels with three gilt acorns with oak leaves on each side. Leather sheath, with gilt fittings, bugling elk design on the tip, and an acorn shaped frog stud on the throat.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with a fine aged patina on the metal and minor handling marks overall.
