Description:

Formed in 1930, the Nationalsozialistiches Kraftfahr-korps (National Socialist Motor Corps) was intended to handle the transport needs of the Nazi Party, and after Hitler's rise to power, would become the main organization for driver's education (military and civilian) in the Reich. It has an 8" blade, etched "Alles fur Deutschland" on one side, with the Herbertz & Meurer (Solingen) makers mark on the reverse. Nickel guard and hardwood grip with spread wing Nazi eagle and SA rune emblem on one side. Black painted metal sheath, with nickel tip, throat, and single hanging ring. Faint markings are scratched into either side, with "GERMANY/ 1945" and "F A G" legible.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with minor edge sharpening and light polishing marks or scratches across the blade, a few tiny cracks in the grip, flaking and scratching of the sheath paint and nickel flaking, throat and tip are loose but well fitted.
