This WWII German Army helmet is painted green with a single silver heer decal on black background on the left side. It has a M-31 leather lining without chinstrap. The helmet is designed without a cutout.

Very fine. The helmet retains approximately 95% green paint with loss along the edges and some mild scattered scratches, along with some minor spotting (mostly on the interior). Approximately 80% of the decal remains. The lining has a couple of minor holes and some minor age cracking, but remains supple.
