A) Italian Army Beretta Model 1935 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster and Capture Paper

Description:

The pistol has the standard slide markings, along with the date 1940. The left side of the frame is marked with a crown/RE designating property of the Italian Army, with matching serial number on the right side of the slide and frame. Grips have the "PB" logo, with a lanyard ring on the lower left rear. Complete with an unmarked brown leather holster and extra magazine. A 20 February 1946 dated U.S. capture certificate is included and is signed by Capt. Bernard J. Lattyak of Co. B, 16th Armd. Engr. Bn.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The pistol retains approximately 97% original blue finish with wear/blue loss on the edges and high spots. The grips are excellent with a few light dings and scratches. The holster is very good plus with some mild handling marks and limited minor age cracking. The stitching is tight.

Description:

9mm Glisenti caliber (standard 9x19 ammunition must NOT be used with this gun). Serial number marked on front of trigger guard, right side of frame, bolt, and bottom of barrel. Grips are checkered with embossed crest.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with approximately 98% original blue finish with a mixed brown patina on the grip straps and trigger guard, along with some gray on the high edges. The trigger and cocking knob have some minor flaking. The grips are excellent with a few mild dings in the overall crisp checkering.
