Description:

The pistol was produced in 1919, and later refurbished by the Augusta Arsenal. Late-WWI Colt slide markings, with "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" on the right side of the frame over the serial number and "eagle head/ 7" proof and "AA" refurbishment mark on the left. Grips are checkered walnut, High Standard barrel, and unmarked full blue magazine. With a brown cardboard storage box.

Rating Definition:

Arsenal refurbished, showing 98% of the armory dipped blue, with a small patch of brown patina on the left side of the barrel, minor pitting inside that patch, and a few scattered nicks and dings overall. Grips are good, with a number of light dings and chips. Mechanically excellent.
