Manufactured from 1863 to the 1870s. The five shot fluted barrel block is marked "MANUFACTURED BY E. REMINGTON & SONS. ILION. N.Y. / ELLIOT'S PATENTS. MAY 29. 1860- OCT. 1. 1861". Features a bead front and notched rear sight and smooth grips. Matching frame and barrel serial number.

Excellent. The barrel retains approximately 90% original blue finish with some minor edge wear. The frame retains approximately 85% plus darkened original silver plating. The grips are excellent with exception of some mild dings and scratches. Mechanically fine.
