Very fine. The rifle has a smooth brown patina with strong traces of bright in the protected areas. The barrel bands retain sporadic traces of original blue finish mixed with a smooth brown patina. The lock and hammer retain flashes of original case colors mixed with a smooth brown patina. The hammer has some minor pitting. The stock is fine with a few minor pressure dents and some minor dings and scratches. The cartouches are clear.
