Circle: 4 eagle grasping spears and an olive branch. Rectangle: 3 "E Pluribus Unum" Federal eagle (one is marked "U.S. / J.H. / 1862" on the back) and a script "VNY".

Overall fair to good, with some having loss of material and a high concentration of oxidation.
