Description:

This is an example of a 1920 commercial Luger as manufactured by DWM. The top of the pistol has a blank chamber along with the correct DWM markings on the toggle. It has the military style serial number (with the letter suffix) marked on the various parts and the left side of the chamber is marked "crown/ N" proof. "Crown/N" proofs are also marked on the underside of the barrel and left side of the breechblock. The safety area and extractor are properly marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN". Checkered grips and magazine with wood base.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The pistol retains approximately 90% plus faded original blue finish with some scattered pin point pitting and some light edge wear. The straw is approximately 50% intact. There is some light spotting mostly on the grip straps. The grips are excellent with some scattered mild dings in the overall crisp checkering.
