Second pattern snail drum with two concentric rings on the "underside" and one on top with the folding winding lever. Both sides are marked with the makers' code, "B/N" (Gebruder Bing, Nurnberg), and the serial number, "685934". A "Crown/S" proof mark is stamped on the upper left side of the magazine column. The numbers "12", "17", "22", "27" and "32" are stamped around the circumference of the magazine bottom. With a sheet metal opening cover and a Bing marked loading tool.

Very fine, with 90% original blue finish with the balance a mixed brown and gray patina forming. The spring is strong. The loading tool is very good with approximately half of the painted over dark blue finish.
