The barrels are a side by side 11mm Mauser rifle barrel and a 16 gauge smooth bore. The rifle barrel is fluid steel, the shotgun and rib are Damascus steel. With a small blade front and double leaf rear sights. Rib marked in gold "E. SCHMIDT & HABERMANN, SUHL". Serial number 10687 on the rear barrel lug with no markings on the barrel flat. The second barrel is a side by side 16 gauge with 2-3/4 inch chambers and cylinder choked. Scroll engraved receiver, locks, trigger guard, upper and lower tang, lever, both hammers and forearm hardware. With high checkered spur hammers, double triggers, the right one with a set mechanism. Mounted with a checkered forearm with an ebony insert, pistol round knob grip stock, cheekpiece, silver initial shield and a steel buttplate with compartment. Complete with swing swivels and a leather sling.

Very good overall. The shotgun/rifle barrels retain approximately 88% of the refinish with light nicks on the barrels and minor spotting on the Damascus barrel, receiver, trigger guard and lower tang. The hammers have light oxidation markings and one of the two piece folding rear sights is broken in half. The wood is very good with moderate scratches and pressure dents on the stock.
