Post WWI Model 1903 Springfield rifle made for the Pederson device. The barrel is marked "SA / ordnance bomb / 3-20" and the receiver is marked "U.S. / SPRINGFIELD / ARMORY / MODEL 1903 / MARK I / 1188199". The rifle is equipped with a Lyman front globe sight, the standard receiver sight graduated to 2,700 yards and a Lyman 48C receiver sight. Replacement two bolt stock absent of finger grooves or cartouches and inspection marks. Smooth steel buttplate with compartment containing an original pull through barrel cleaner in an alloy container. The trigger is equipped with a shoe. The front sight base, rear sight, bolt assembly and buttplate are parkerized and the remaining parts blue. Complete with a leather military sling.

Arsenal refurbished. All surfaces retain approximately 95% dull parkerized finish with a few minor dings on the barrel and some pin prick type pitting on the forward portion of the receiver. The stock is excellent with only light handling marks. The markings remain sharp. Mechanically excellent.
