Manufactured in 1948. Features a partridge front sight and rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation. Has the two line Hartford address/patent information barrel marking followed by the Rampant Colt over "MATCH TARGET" and "Colt" "AUTOMATIC/CAL. .22 LONG RIFLE" on the left side of the slide. Fitted with checkered thumb rest grips. Complete with the correct Colt brown hinged lid box with gold side label, two "Coltwood" plastic grip adapters and a pair of original checkered "Coltwood" plastic grips. The box is marked in pencil "MEBT / 85" on the bottom.

Excellent, retaining over 99% of the original blue finish with some very light handling marks. The grips are near new with only the slightest handling marks. The "Coltwood" grips are excellent with some light handling marks and crisp checkering. The box is very good.
