Good. The barrels retain some faint traces of the Damascus pattern, with a smooth brown patina with some minor pitting (mostly near the barrels) and dings (mostly at the breech). The remaining surfaces have a smooth brown patina with some traces of soft case colors on the watertable and a smooth gray patina on the lower tang. Strong traces of vivid case colors remain on the forearm hardware (protected areas only) There is a circle shaped filled repair on the left stock flat, otherwise the wood is fine with some minor dings and scratches, with some scattered minor bruises in the overall crisp checkering. Buttplate has a few absent chips.
