Description:

Blade is 8 1/4" long, with a 2 3/4" false edge, 4" long single fullers, German "D.R.G.M." patent mark on the right side of the blade, and a bust of a woman surrounded by a laurel wreath on either side. Pewter oval hand guard, with subtle "S" curve, red felt throat protector and a nickel finished collar. The grip consists of three pieces of horn, with the pommel and uppermost piece a light brown with streaks and the center nearly black, shaped in a knobby pattern with white filled dots at the tops of the knobs.

Rating Definition:

Good. The blade shows mild frosting and spotting on the bright finish, along with some edge dings. The guard shows a gray color along the edges and bright on the top and bottom. Grip is very good, with a few age cracks and handling marks.
