Blade is 9 1/8" long, with single fullers, 2 3/4" long false edge, "M" in a six pointed star on the left ricasso next to "MANN & FEDERLEIN/ SOLINGEN". Oval cross guard, with nickel finish and turned ends, German silver collar on the octagonal one piece bone grip with an 1898 dated coin for a buttcap. With a black leather sheath with silver tip, throat and belt hook.

Good, with some spotting and pitting on the blade, which shows a gray patina, unpolished with guard, a dark color to the collar, and a few light aged cracks in the finely colored grip. Sheath is good, with scuffing.
