Grips are smooth dark horn, with an initial shield set into one side. Sheath is black leather, with a pair of gold border lines on either side and silver throat and tip.

Rating Definition:

Fair. Some dark spotting and sharpening marks are visible on the blade, which is otherwise bright, and a dark brown patina is visible on the tang. Cross guards are good, with some light dings. Grips are very good, with a few chips and age cracks. Sheath is good, with a few scrapes on the leather and a dark patina forming on the silver.
