This rifle has a plain barrel with no iron sights, marked "6 MM REM" on the left side near the breech. The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number followed by "Kar 98" and has a scope mount and rings already attached. Mounted with a checkered pistol grip stock with a black forend tip, plastic grip cap and a vented rubber recoil pad.

Very good as sporterized. The rifle retains 95% plus blue finish with light handling marks overall. The wood is very good with scattered dings and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured without sights, the receiver is fitted with a Redfield scope mount minus the rings. Standard markings and features with a Monte Carlo style stock with raised cheekpiece, pistol grip, leather sling on quick detachable swivels and a vented rubber recoil pad.
