This is an exceptional example of a Winchester Model 61 slide action rifle. The 22 Magnum variation was only manufactured from 1960 to 1963 and are very desirable to Winchester collectors. The left rear of the barrel is marked "-WINCHESTER-/-TRADE MARK-/-MADE IN U.S.A." and "-MODEL 61-/-22 WIN. MAG. R.F.". The top of the barrel and receiver at the breech are marked with the Winchester oval proof. Dovetailed blade front and adjustable rear sporting sights and mounted with a 17 groove flat bottom forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a checkered Winchester buttplate. Complete with the original box numbered to the gun, partitions, waxed paper, hanging tag and instruction pamphlet.

New in the box, appears never assembled. The box is very good plus.
