This is an example of a Winchester Model 62 Gallery rifle chambered for 22 short only. The magazine tube has the distinctive triangular feed cut found on the Gallery rifles. The left rear of the barrel is marked with the two line address, trade mark, model and caliber designation "22 SHORT", and the top of the barrel and receiver at the breech are marked with the Winchester oval proof. The left side of the receiver is marked with the red filled "WINCHESTER/TRADE MARK" marking. Dovetail blade front and adjustable sporting rear sights, all blue finish and mounted with a 17 groove walnut forearm and smooth straight grip stock with a checkered hard rubber Winchester buttplate. Complete in the box numbered to the gun, with partitions and paper wrapping.

Near mint as custom made with only the slightest handling/storage marks. The box is very fine.
