The lock plate is marked "T/KETLAND/& CO". The barrel has fixed blade front and notch rear sights. It is equipped with double set triggers. The furniture is brass including the side plate and the patch box which is on the right side of the buttstock. Mounted on a full length straight grip stock.

Good as reconverted to flintlock configuration. The barrel has a mottled brown-gray patina and the action has a smooth dark patina. The brass has a bright appearance. The stock is very good with a repair on the forearm near the brass tip (right side), a hairline crack on the left flat, and some minor handling marks. Mechanically does function, but sticks on full cock occasionally.
