Barrel: 30 inch solid rib
Finish: blue

Stock: walnut

Description:

Manufactured circa 1881. Single bead sight, 2 3/4 inch chambers, and extractor. The barrel rib is marked "W.W. GREENER, 68 HAYMARKET LONDON". Light scroll engraved action with the lock plates marked "W.W. GREENER". Checkered round knob pistol grip stock with checkered horn buttplate and blank initial oval. Length of pull is 14 1/2 inches.

Rating Definition:

Refinished. The barrels retain most of the blue finish with some very scattered mild pitting under the finish. The receiver retains traces of case colors, otherwise a bright appearance. The revarnished wood is fine with filled repairs near the triggers, some chipping on the forearm, and a few minor handling marks. The forearm checkering is worn and the non-professional re-cut grip checkering is crisp.
