Red silk construction, measuring 10 1/2 inches wide and 40 inches long with a 3 inch long gold bullion fringe at the bottom. Partway up the banner is a red and black ribbon square, 6 1/2 inches a side, with golden bullion Nazi eagles in the corners and a wreathed swastika in the center.

Very good. The upper edge of the banner is frayed, with some dark spots and mild wear. The swastika has lost some gold border accent stitching, but is strong on the background, while the ribbon and bullion are both very good.
