Description:

1) White mess dress jacket produced by Lauterstein's of San Antonio. The jacket features Lieutenant Colonel shoulder boards and correct miniature medals and miniature command pilot wings. The medals are the following: Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal with three oak leaves, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. 2) White mess dress visor size 7 1/4 also produced by Lauterstein's. 3) White mess dress shirt produced by Manhattan. 4) Dark blue mess dress trousers. 5) Dark blue mess dress jacket with miniature command pilot wings and Major shoulder boards. The jacket was also produced by Lauterstein's of San Antonio.
