Description:

Manufactured by the Case Cutlery Company for the 1st Special Service Force and a limited number of Marine Units. The blue finished double edged spear point blade is 7 1/4 inches long with a ribbed "thumb print" on the ricasso above the "CASE" marking, oval cross guard with a leather pad on the underside, serrated leather washer grip and the flared and pointed "skull crusher" pommel. The brown leather sheath has reinforcing rivets, a leather thong, and "G-8" stamped on the front.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The stiletto retains 90% original blue finish with some minor spotting. The ribbed washer grip showing an area of scuffing. The sheath is very good with a series of imprints on the front. The stitching is tight.
