Manufactured in 1929. The top of the barrel is marked with the two line address/1903 and 1918 patent dates, the left side of the frame is marked "THE WOODSMAN", the left side of the slide "COLT AUTOMATIC/CAL..22 LONG RIFLE" followed by the Rampant Colt. The serial number is marked on the front strap and the upper left front of the trigger guard is marked with the number "1" over the Colt "VP" triangle proof. Elevation adjustable front blade and windage adjustable rear sights, smooth trigger, checkered oval panel on the back strap indicating standard velocity, two tone Colt marked magazine and fitted with checkered walnut grips. Complete with the original manual, partial 50 count Peters Target 22 LR RF cartridges and a full 50 count box of Hansen Cartridge company .22 LR target grade RF cartridges.

Excellent. The pistol retains 98% original blue finish with some thinning on the muzzle and some slight high edge wear. The grips are also excellent with a couple of very minor dings and sharp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
