Manufactured in 1950. The two line address/patent marking is marked on the left side of the barrel, standard frame and slide markings with the serial number on right side of the frame. Ramped blade front and adjustable rear target sights, serrated trigger and grip straps with back strap adaptor, blue Colt marked magazine and fitted with checkered plastic grips with right hand thumb rest and the Rampant Colt molded at the top of the right panel. Complete with an original Colt "wood grain" hinged lid box, with instruction manual.

Excellent. The pistol retains 99% plus original blue finish with some mild edge wear and a few light scuffs on the matte finished surfaces. The grips are also excellent with a couple minor dings on the edge of the thumb rest, some light handling marks and sharp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent. The box is good with tape repaired edges and corners.
