Description:

Circa 1875 beehive style 2 gallon jug with a salt glaze finish, marked in cobalt blue with the fancy "2" above the cobalt blue stenciled advertising which is a bit hard to read but appears to be "HOHNILK & WALLS/LIQUOR DEALERS./SIOUX CITY. IOWA." Measures 13 inches high with an approximate diameter of 9 inches.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with two or three minor old chips on the bottom edge that may be natural blemishes from manufacture.
