Manufactured in 1960, this is a desirable .38 caliber Second Generation Single Action Army. Barrel top is marked with the one line address, the left side marked "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .38 Special". The left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent date marking followed by the un-circled Rampant Colt. The left front of the trigger guard is marked with the Colt "VP" triangle proof, the rear is marked "P" and the right front is marked with a "5". The matching serial number is marked on the frame and under the grip on the left side of the front and back strap.

Excellent with 97% plus the original blue finish with a few light scratches and a couple of light areas of oxidation. Cylinder shows a slight drag line. Frame contains virtually all the original bright case colors with only a few handling marks. Grips are also excellent with a few very slight handling marks and sharp checkering.
