The shotgun barrels feature 2 3/4 inch chambers, choked modified/improved modified with the right barrel marked "THE THREE-BARREL GUN CO." and the left barrel marked "WHEELING W.VA." Blade and notch sights on a rib marked "FLUID STEEL" with a gold band at the breech. Scroll and game scene engraved receiver with a stag on the left side and bear on the right side. The scrollwork extends to the trigger guard and break lever with a woodcock on the trigger guard. Double triggers, barrel selector in front of the trigger guard, and tang safety with "SAFETY" engraved on gold band. Nicely figured round knob pistol grip stock with fancy checkering on the forearm and grip area, monogrammed initial oval and vented Pachmayr recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Refinished. The barrels retain 95% plus of the blue finish showing some thinning and a few small patches of light spotting. The receiver retains traces of case colors in the protected areas with the balance a smooth gray patina. The wood is fine with a number of minor pressure dents and scratches and some blemishes in the recut checkering.
