This is an excellent example of a very difficult to find Colt 150th Anniversary "Double Diamond" pistol set that includes both the Colt "Officers ACP" and the Colt "Python" pistols in the original Colt display case. Only 1,000 sets were manufactured in 1986. The guns have the standard markings as well as the Colt Double Diamond 150th Anniversary logo on the left side of the slide. Includes the factory supplied cherry wood display case with glass top, black felt lining and a blue and gold 150th Anniversary 2 1/2 inch medallion inset into the case. Includes copies of the factory letters of authenticity originally sent with the guns. The combination of bright stainless, nicely grained rosewood grips, and cherry wood case makes a magnificent display.

Excellent with 99% plus original high polish stainless steel finish, showing some minor scratches and handling marks. The display case is excellent.

Colt Python Double Diamond 150th Anniversary finished in bright stainless steel and smooth rosewood grips with the silver Colt 150th Anniversary medallion. Standard markings as well as the Colt Double Diamond 150th Anniversary logo marked on the left side of the barrel. Ramp front sight with red insert and adjustable rear sight with white outline.

Excellent 99% original high polish stainless steel finish with only light scratches and handling marks. Excellent grips.
