Single brass bead sight on the matte rib, with the left barrel bearing the Sauer address, steel type and "MADE IN GERMANY" markings, full chokes, 2 3/4 inch chambers and extractor. Lightly engraved and casehardened frame, with "J.P. SAUER & SOHN" on the sides, "ORIGINAL/SAUER" on the bottom, dual triggers and an automatic tang safety. Checkered pistol grip stock, with a splinter forearm, raised cheekpiece, sling swivels and a serrated Sauer buttplate.

Excellent, with 90% of the original blue finish, showing a few areas of brown patina and scattered handling marks. Mild wear is visible on the high edges of the frame, with slightly darkened but strong case colors overall. Stock is good, with a mended crack on the forearm and light pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
