Manufactured circa 1930-1940 and based on the Model 1917 military action, this rifle has a banded ramp front sight with beaded blade and a Lyman fully adjustable rear aperture sight with no eyepiece installed. The right side of the receiver ring is marked "REMINGTON/ REG. U.S. PAT. OFF." and the left side marked "MODEL 30-S/EXPRESS/26467". The two-line Remington address is marked on top of the barrel mid-way and the left side of the barrel is marked "SPRINGFIELD/30 CAL. 1906". The rifle is mounted on a walnut stock with checkered forend and pistol grip, with a Remington marked pistol grip cap and checkered buttplate. The left side of the receiver has two holes drilled and tapped with plug screws installed. The stock has an even coat of varnish applied. Sling swivels are installed with a Hunter one inch leather sling attached.

Excellent 98% original finish with scattered minor scratches and clear original markings. Excellent stock with a few minor scattered dings and some compressions on the checkered forend and grip areas.

Manufactured circa 1947-1954, detachable clip fed bolt action repeating rifle with dovetailed post front sight and a Lyman 57RS fully adjustable rear aperture sight. Marked on the top of the barrel with the Remington two-line patent dates and "THE/JUNIOR SPECIAL/TRADE MARK/MODEL 521-T", and marked on the left side of the barrel with the caliber markings for 22 short through long rifle. The rifle is mounted in a walnut full pistol grip stock with a ribbed plastic buttplate. The rifle is fitted with factory sling swivels, with the front swivel being adjustable to seven positions. Includes the original detachable magazine.

Excellent 98% original finish with a few minor handling scratches. Excellent stock with a few minor dings and two to three marks on the bottom of the forend from a rest.
