Produced in 1900. Raised blade front and folding ladder rear sights, with a Lyman adjustable peep sight mounted to the left side of the receiver. The top of the receiver is marked ".30/ARMY", with the model markings on the tang and patent markings on the left side. Smooth straight wrist stock, with a bayonet lug on the split front band and a smooth curved buttplate with storage compartment.

Fine as partially refinished, with 75% of the blue finish, showing areas of cold blue on forward portion of frame and magazine, mild pitting on the magazine and scattered handling marks. Stock is good as repaired, with a few mended cracks and chips at the wrist, scattered pressure dents and mild varnish loss. Mechanically excellent.
