This example was manufactured circa 1947 with a red bead front sight, a steel mid bead sight, is choked WS-1/WS-2 and is chambered for 2-3/4 inch shells with ejectors. The trigger plate is marked "SKEET". Single selective trigger and tang safety. Mounted on a multi-point checkered deluxe walnut beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with a steel grip cap and scarce factory checkered bare butt. The inside of the forearm and forearm hardware are numbered to the gun. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Excellent, with 99% original blue finish remaining on the barrel showing some light muzzle wear and some collector type handling marks. The receiver also retains 99% original blue finish with light edge wear and isolated delicate surface scratches concentrated around the tang. The wood is excellent, showing some scattered minor pressure marks and a small scratch on the right side of the forearm just behind the checkering. The checkering is sharp. Mechanically excellent. A desirable shotgun for any collection!
