The included factory letter confirms the caliber, barrel length, finish and Class "C" factory engraving with the type of stocks not listed. The revolver was shipped to R.J. Enorec Inc., Saddle Brook, New Jersey, on January 17, 1973. The revolver has standard barrel and frame markings with the trigger guard stamped with the Colt factory triangle proof, "V" on the left side and "K" on the right side. Class "C" engraving coverage of floral scroll patterns on the barrel, frame, cylinder chambers, trigger guard and back strap. The rear of the cylinder has a wide band of engraving. The left side of the front grip strap is signed "WDC", the initials of W. Dan Cullity, former Colt Master Engraver who worked for Colt 1969-1972. Matching numbers on the frame and left side of the grip strap under the grip. All nickel finish and fitted with a nicely figured grip. The right side of the grip has a relief carved steer skull.

Excellent. The revolver retains 98% original nickel finish showing some minor flaking on the grip strap and a light cylinder drag line. The grip is excellent with a few light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
