The barrel was manufactured without sights and the top of the receiver is tapped for scope mounting. The left side of the barrel at the breech is stamped "270" and the receiver ring has the Firearms International logo on top and the address on the left wall. The floor plate is floral and game scene engraved with a silver inlaid running buck and silver inlaid boarders. Nicely figured pistol grip stock with fancy checkering, ebony forearm tip, grip cap, cheekpiece, sling swivel studs and checkered steel buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% plus original blue finish showing some minor thinning on the trigger guard. The stock is excellent with a few mild handling marks. The checkering is crisp.
