Description:

The German silver barrel has two British proofs stamped on the upper left flat. The 3 1/4 inch blade and 2 1/4 inch blade are marked "JAMES/RODGERS/SHEFFIELD" on the left ricasso. The pistol and knives are enclosed in a German silver casing with stag scales secured by rivets. The back strap has a compartment and there are provisions for tools on the sides near the butt (a pair of German silver tongs are included with the other compartment empty). Rating Definition:

Fine. Most of the German silver remains. The iron components have a mottled gray patina with some mild pitting on the blades. The scales are very fine with a couple small hairline stress cracks. The stag has an attractive color. Mechanically fine.
