This high quality half stock sporting rifle features a Damascus barrel with a blade front sight and an express rear sight with one standing and two folding leaves. Two silver bands are featured on the breech plug. The fish hammer features floral engraving with a leaf border. The border engraving extends to the "INNES" marked lock plate. It has a set trigger and a single barrel wedge. The patch box, trigger guard and buttplate are brass and feature a floral engraving. The barrel has an solid iron rib on the underside. The half stock is checkered and features an engraved silver oval behind the engraved barrel tang and fitted with a horn forend cap. Two iron ramrod pipes with a brass lower pipe holding a brass tipped wooden ramrod.

Fine. The barrel has 60% original brown finish remaining showing traces of the Damascus pattern. The lock retains traces of original case colors otherwise faded to a gray. There is some scattered very light pitting. The stock is also fine with a couple hairline cracks and some minor handling marks. Overall the checkering is crisp. Action is excellent.
