Manufactured in 1962, the receiver and quick detachable Holland & Holland style side locks have nearly full coverage of intricate well executed floral scroll engraving. The barrels have a single ivory bead sight, are choked modified/improved modified and have 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors. The top of the right barrel has "RAMON D. ZAROBE" inlaid in gold, the left barrel has "EIBAR, BASQUE COUNTRY, SPAIN" inlaid in gold and the break lever has a Coat-of-Arms inlaid in gold. The front trigger is articulating. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut splinter forearm and straight grip stock with rear sling swivel, unmarked recoil pad and carved scene on the right side of the stock of two dogs pointing at three birds in a farm field. Length of pull is 14 3/8 inches.

Very good, the barrels retain 90% of the original blue finish with large areas of light oxidation/spotting and some minor muzzle wear. The remainder of the blue components retain 98% original blue finish. The coin finished components have slightly darkened with age. The stock set is good overall. The forearm has a hairline crack on the left side and the refinished buttstock has the carving mentioned above along with some flaking and scattered minor scratches. Mechanically fine.
