Single brass bead sight on the concave solid rib, choked modified/modified and 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors. The tops of the barrels are marked "ROLAND WATSON" and "BIRMINGHAM ENGLAND" and the bottom flats have various British proof marks. The "Roland Watson" marked receiver is floral scroll and border engraved and shows game scenes. The breech end of both barrels, the concave rib and the forearm hardware are also floral scroll and border engraved. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut forearm and nicely figured checkered straight grip stock with a silver initial oval marked "John S. duMont" and a solid rubber recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 1/2 inches.

Very good. The shotgun retains 90% plus of the blue finish on the barrels showing overall thinning, some light scratches and wear at the muzzles. The casehardened receiver, break lever and trigger have darkened with age. The forearm and stock are very good as refinished with light handling marks, a few scratches and minor pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
