The top barrel flat is marked "FR: JAEGER HOFBUCHSENMACHER WIESBADEN" with "GUSS" on the upper left flat and "STAHL" on the upper right flat. With the exception of the barrel, the metal surfaces feature a simple border engraving. The barrel tang is stamped with the number "1". Blade front sight with an adjustable rear sight. The half stock features floral scroll carved patterns, a fluted grip area and an ornate butt cap.

Fine. The barrel retains 70% thinning bright original blue finish with some light spotting. The remaining metal surfaces have faded to an overall attractive gray. The stock is very fine with some minor handling marks. Mechanically fine.
