Blue finish with the slide an unpolished chrome, reportedly experimental, though not confirmed. "Eagle/88" proofs are present and the barrel lug is marked "cyq" and "Bg[asterisk]." Late style hammer, ribbed grips and magazine with an "eagle/WaA706" proof over "jvd" stamped on the spine. Visible late war "a" prefix, serial numbers are matching.

Very fine. The barrel, frame and small parts retain 60% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The slide has 99% of the plating remaining. The grips are very fine with some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
