5 1/8 inches tall and 21 inches long, with a red felt body, light blue and gold edge trim, a gold bordered strip of oak leaf ribbon across the center, and a black silk swastika with a single brass pip, bordered in gold and set on a gold bordered white silk circle. The back is ink stamped with a directional arrow pointing to the word "oben" (above) and no other markings.

Excellent, with some light handling marks overall.
