The bolt is polished bright with the steel lot code "W L/3" on the top flat of the knob, is unnumbered, has a headless cocking piece and a reversed safety. Mounted on a smooth walnut straight grip stock with grasping grooves, two reinforcing bolts, a boxed "D.A.L." cartouche on the left wrist, a circled "P" proof on the underside of the wrist and a coarse checkered steel buttplate. Rating Definition:

Excellent, 95% of the original parkerized finish remains with some muzzle cover and high edge wear. The buttplate has some minor oxidation. The stock is also excellent with some scattered minor scratches and dings. The safety does not engage otherwise mechanically fine.
