Manufactured in 1983. Hooded post front sight and rotating drum rear sight with an "0/1" trigger group, textured forearm, textured grip and telescoping buttstock. With a BlackHawk brand soft case, black nylon sling and 5 extra magazines. Mounted on the front of the operating rod tube is a set of three LEDs wired to the forearm which is fitted with a covered button, a power switch and a charging port. It appears to be a combination laser pointer and LED light. Additional Information: The consignor provided additional information on this rare sight combination. The sight system itself is actually an original H&K, combination, visible/non-visible and White Light LED sight set. This sight system was actually installed by the H&K Parent Company in Germany and the battery/ power source is actually stored inside the forend. The consignor stated that he actually had this carbine shipped back to Germany; where it was installed on this carbine and then reimported it back in to the U.S. Based on the very limited use and production of the model is it probably the only one currently in the United States.

Excellent, with 95% of the original black finish showing some light scratches, edge wear and handling marks. The stock is very good, with the noted inclusions to the forearm and mild handling marks. One of the rear sight peep holes has been expanded. Mechanically excellent.
