Manufactured 1983. The top of the barrel is marked with the two line address, the right side is marked "COLT COLLECTOR SPECIAL EDITION" and the left side is marked "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER". The left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates, and the Rampant Colt. The right side is marked "87 of 250". Matching serial numbers on the bottom of the the frame and left side of grip straps under the grip. Fitted with fancy checkered walnut grips numbered to the gun. Complete with two extra grip sets (smooth dark walnut and simulated ivory), a factory wood grain box with the Colt Custom Gun Shop label hand numbered to the gun, wood display case, and shipping box numbered to the gun.

Near new with a few very light handling marks. The box is excellent with very light handling and edge wear. One end shows a minor tear. The display case is like new with a couple of light handling marks.
