The pistol has standard "Eagle/359" proofs and the left side of the slide has the one line "ac44" marking. Visible "a" block serial numbers match. The "P38" marked magazine has an "Eagle/359" proof on the spine. Fitted with standard ribbed grips. The holster is stamped "DLU/1944" above an "Eagle/WaA" proof. Included is a 1946 dated U.S. capture paper listing this pistol.

Excellent. The pistol retains 98% original blue finish showing some minor thinning. The grips are very fine with a number of minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The holster is good with minor flex wear and handling marks with tight stitching.
