Manufactured in 1936. The top of the barrel is marked with the two line address/patent dates with the left side marked "NEW SERVICE 38 SPECIAL". The left side of the frame is marked with the Rampant Colt. Matching numbers on the inside of the frame and crane. Checkered hammer and trigger. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions.

Excellent. The revolver retains 99% plus of the original blue finish with a few light handling marks, a very light cylinder drag line and very minor area of surface oxidation on the cylinder. The grips are excellent with a few light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
