The accompanying factory letter verifies the serial number, caliber, barrel length, nickel finish with wood grips and that it was shipped as 1of 4 to the John Jovino Company, 5 Center Market Place, New York, N.Y. on August 23, 1974. Complete with the factory "wood grain" box numbered top the gun. Also comes with a "Colt Single Action Revolver Survey" sheet which along with verifying the finish, barrel length, caliber, etc states that is has a commemorative cylinder.

Excellent. The revolver retains 98% of the original nickel finish with a few light handling marks, some scattered very light scratches, a light cylinder drag line and several rotation marks. The front strap shows some light frosting. The grips are excellent with a few very light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is good with handling, edge and corner wear. The flaps show separation at the seams with tape repairs.
